Terms of Service for whisper bot

Welcome to Whisper Bot, a Discord bot operated by Whisper Dev Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By adding or using Whisper Bot on your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By using Whisper Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or add the bot to your server.

Whisper Bot provides various features and tools within Discord servers. Some features are free to use, while others require a paid subscription (“Premium Features”).

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

• You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
   
• You may not use Whisper Bot for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
   
• You are responsible for managing access to the bot in your server, including who has permission to use its commands and features.
   

• Premium Features are available through a subscription via Discord or Paypal.
   
• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
   
• Access to Premium Features is granted for the duration of the payment period.
   
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium access for chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Whisper Bot at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or Discord’s rules.

Whisper Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the bot.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Whisper Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
